Objectives:

• To raise consciousness about environmental crises, including climate change, water scarcity, soil degradation, and pollution.
• To steer students towards engaging in eco-friendly actions.

Activities :

• Activities conducted for raising environmental consciousness like Save Soil Campaign, Tree plantation programs - Haritha Haaram on and off the campus, commemorating World Environment day, Water Day, Forest day, Ozone day, energy conservation day, generating organic manure, recycling of solid waste.
• Developing the Vanavatika garden to promote campus biodiversity and provide a fresh atmosphere.
• Distributing Clay Ganesha Idols to encourage eco-friendly practices during Ganesh Chaturthi.

Outcome :

• Both students and faculty members endeavor to adhere to the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
• Students adopted promoting the concept of using eco-friendly Ganesha idols and opting for bucket immersion
• Students actively embraced the plantation concept of “Each One Plant One” and also encouraged these practices in their community.

Objectives :

• To instill a mindset among students that quality and skill enhancement are continuous processes.
• To facilitate an effortless transition from academics to higher studies or the workforce.
• To provide opportunities that cultivate students' creative abilities.

Activities :

• Various opportunities were created to the students like Career Guidance Seminars, Employability Skills Training, Annual academic and Cultural competitions, Navarang - Intercollegiate Fest, Encouragement for participation in State and National level events.

Outcome :

• It has enhanced their communication, organizational, and leadership skills while promoting creativity, teamwork, and empathy. Students' increased participation in career guidance sessions, an uptick in placements, and a higher number of sponsorships secured are all testaments to this practice's success

Objectives :

• To encourage interdisciplinary activities by congregating students from various institutions on a common platform
• Encouraging and Promoting networking of student

Activities :

• An Educational and Cultural fest is conducted by the institution to encourage interdisciplinary activity and to promote gender equity by congregating students from various institutions. The students of our college and other colleges were given an opportunity to put up their own stalls Academic and Cultural competitions were conducted which included Singing, Dancing, Skits, Reel making, Quiz, Elocution, Tech Crossword Puzzle, Science-O-Memory, AD making, Microbial Calligraphy, Poetry Recitation, Best out of Waste etc

Outcome :

• The institution's endeavor to organize an Educational and Cultural fest resulted in a harmonious integration of both staff and students, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
• Students learnt to organize big events , persuasive communication tactics in sponsorship acquisition, teamwork, hospitality, finance management etc.
• The vibrant atmosphere on the days of the event reflected the positive energy and excitement surrounding the various competitions and activities, contributing to a memorable and engaging experience for all involved.

Objectives :

• To enhance ICT literacy among students for developing higher order thinking skills
• To encourage the teaching and non-teaching faculty to extensively use ICT techniques

Activities :

• Conducting workshops, webinars to expose them to various online applications
• Using of tools like Google classroom, zoom, skype to conduct classroom sessions.
• Online submission of projects, assignments and using online tools for evaluation.
• Conducting programs and competitions online.
• Non-teaching faculty were trained to use online payment facilities, net banking , usage of google drive etc

Outcome :

• The college has been on the fore-front of using ICT based techniques and also encouraged students to learn and make use of these techniques.
• Students joined in various online courses through MOOCS (Swayam, NPTEL) and also have done online internships.
• Students and faculty learnt to make use of tools like google classrooms, google forms, mentimeter

Objectives :

• To raise awareness about the importance of trees for a sustainable and healthy environment.
• To increase the green coverage on the campus.
• Environmental Conservation and Biodiversity Promotion

Activities :

• Conducting Haritha Haram program - tree plantation drives annually
• Planting herbal, exotic, flowering, and fruit-bearing saplings.
• Organizing awareness programs by student volunteers of Vanavatika and Green Club on environmental conservation.

Outcome :

• Increased survival rates of planted saplings.
• Improved biodiversity as evident from increase in butterflies, squirrels, and other fauna in the campus
• An increase in the percentage of green cover on the campus.

Objectives :

• To formulate and implement creative and innovative strategies for practical exposure of the subject to students.
• To incorporate practical approach in teaching thereby creating an active learning environment

Activities :

• Various Activities like Chem mehendi, Microbial Rangoli, PowerPoint Presentations, Pepper Spray making, Cookery Competition, Mathematical concepts in monuments, Seed Rakhi preparations, model preparations, skits, role plays, Science Exhibition, Entrepreneurial activities etc. are taken up by departments.

Outcome :

• It enhanced Students’ knowledge, improved problem solving skills and deeper understanding of concepts. Students learnt teamwork and they prepared themselves for real-world situations. This helps them in learning the subject practically, developing their managerial skills, interpersonal skills etc

Objectives :

• Providing a platform for students to share the knowledge related to their discipline.
• To help students overcome the stage fear and improvise their public speaking skills.

Activities :

• Weekly Assembly activities conducted by various departments in a rotational basis include Thought for the day, Reading News, exhibit Subject related topics through skits /conversations/ speech / songs / charts / models, information on commemorative day of that week , announcements of student and faculty achievements in addition to regular singing of national anthem, national song and any college related announcements.

Outcome :

• The students developed discipline by coming on time to the college for attending assemblies. Students got the opportunity to represent their department and thereby learnt the public speaking skills and intricacies of presenting the entire agenda.
• Relationship among fellow students and faculty is strengthened.
• Students got to know many a things apart from their disciplinary knowledge.
